We formed Definitive Homecare Solutions in 1993 in order to bring our product, an easy-to-use and functionally complete software application, to the homecare market, beginning with infusion therapy and then adding HME functionality. Our first customer began using CPR+ in May of 1993 and since then, over 1300 Home Infusion, HME, Respiratory, Specialty Pharmacy and Ambulatory Infusion centers in all 50 states, Puerto Rico and Guam have implemented CPR+. Customer satisfaction is over 94%. Every year hundreds of CPR+ users attend the User Conference to learn about the new features in the upcoming annual releases.
